Today Sept 16th I gave Lelu
to a local Tiel Breeder in my
area, where she can now
have the life of being a
mother bird.

The egg above was either laid on Feb 14
or today Feb 15th. Lelu is now an adult
bird. Egg laying is normal for most female
birds, it is a sign that she feels like she is in
paradise and that she is also in a safe place.

In the month of February 2002 Lelu laid
5 eggs... and then they were taken out one
month later. In the months of April & May 2002
Lelu has laid 10 eggs. Something tells me she
would make a great mommy.... I do not plan
to ever become a breeder....
June 17th 2002 Lelu this past week has seemed
to stop laying eggs... Hurrah! I will keep you
updated!
